Basalton comprises polygon bonded concrete columns
that mimic natural basalt in appearance. Designed and
developed in The Netherlands from the traditional concept
of natural, hand placed basalt dyke revetments, Basalton
incorporates the durability of hydraulically pressed concrete
with a purpose designed shape that resists upward movement
of the individual columns under dynamic loading conditions. |
